The Similarity between the Ayuzawa Sisters... Calm at heart is the 68th chapter of the Kaichou wa Maid-Sama! Manga.

Summary

Suzuna again brings dessert for Misaki and Hinata. Misaki admits that she looks happier lately. Hinata’s friends state that she is cuter than Misaki, and would be better for Hinata, however, he denies it and states that she is like family. Misaki, Sakura and Shizuko are surprised to see Takumi on a tree. He asks Misaki to allow him to enter the school, as he is being followed by some of his classmates. The classmates arrive and introduce themselves as Yi Hua Li, and Tenryū Arashiyama. Takumi bluntly tells them that he has no interest in befriending them. To have an evidence, the two of them take pictures with Misaki and Takumi by surprise, and then send it over to their parents. Soon, Suzuna arrives, and her first sight makes Tenryū come to his true self. He praises her simple looks, and refers to her as a “raw one”. He asks her if she would entrust her “everything” to him. A shocked and terrified Misaki tells Suzuna to run. Hinata carries her on her back. The entire school notices Hinata running with Suzuna on her back, and a pervert-looking Tenryū following him. Misaki tries to stop him, but it is not much of use. However, Hinata refuses to give up, and promises to protect Suzuna., making her blush. But his attempts fail as Tenryū finally gets his hand on Suzuna, and takes her inside one of the classrooms and locks the door from inside. Misaki and everyone else are terrified at this. The next moment, Suzuna comes out with make-up on. Hinata comments that the make-up makes her look really cute, at which she blushes.

It is revealed that Tenryū is the fiancée of Yi Hua Li, who is actually a famous model. Li tells them that he was the reason why she became a model. Showing them a picture of her old self, a gloomy and nerd-looking girl, and explains that he changed her looks as he discovered his talent. After they leave, Takumi is seen happily smiling because there were many people who got involved in this. Suzuna tells Misaki that until now, she thought that Hinata was similar to their father, but she does not think that anymore. Misaki smiles at this, agreeing to her.
